Calorie Fit is made by Aurelion Labs. This page describes exactly what the app stores, where it goes and how to get rid of it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
What the app collects
Data
Why
Email address and display name
To create your account and sign you back in. Collected only if you sign in with Google.
Sex, age, height, weight, activity level, goal and target weight
To calculate your daily calorie and macro targets. Without these the app cannot produce a plan.
Meals you log — food name, calories, protein, carbohydrate, fat, portion and date
To show your day and your history.
Photos you scan
Sent to an AI vision provider to estimate what is on the plate, and stored so the meal in your diary keeps its picture.
Weigh-ins and water intake
To draw your trend and your daily water total.
Allergies, intolerances, disliked foods and diet
Only if you fill in the coach preferences. These are health data and are used for one purpose: to keep the coach from suggesting a meal that would harm you. They are never used for advertising.
The questions you type to the coach
Sent to the AI coach provider with your preferences so the answer fits your day. Not used for anything else.
Steps and active calories from Health Connect
Only if you grant the permission. Used to adjust your daily budget. You can revoke it at any time in Android settings.
Subscription status
To know whether your trial or subscription is active.
Location is never collected. Photos are stripped of their EXIF metadata — GPS coordinates, capture time and device model — before they leave your phone. The app has no location permission and no advertising identifier.
Who else sees it
Supabase — hosts the database, the file storage and the sign-in. Everything above passes through it, the AI requests included: the app never contacts an AI provider directly. Supabase holds the keys and makes those calls on the app's behalf.
An AI vision provider — receives the photo you scan and returns an estimate of what is on the plate. It receives the image and the language you read the app in; no name, no email, no profile.
An AI coach provider — only when you ask the coach something. It receives your question, what is left of your calorie and macro budget for the day, and the coach preferences you filled in — including your allergies, intolerances, disliked foods and diet. That is health data reaching a third party, which is why the coach is something you opt into: if you never open it, none of this is sent anywhere. It never receives your name or your email.
RevenueCat and Google Play Billing — handle the subscription. Payment details are handled by Google and never reach us.
Open Food Facts — when you scan a barcode, the barcode number alone is sent to this open database. Nothing about you is sent.
Nothing is sold. Nothing is shared with advertisers. There is no advertising SDK and no analytics profile built about you.
How long it is kept
Your data is kept while your account exists. Delete the account and it is removed — see Delete your account. Scan results are cached on your own phone for up to 30 days so that rescanning the same plate does not cost another AI call; that cache lives on the device and is cleared when you sign out.
Your rights
You can see your data in the app, correct it in Profile, export a copy on request, and delete everything. If you are in Turkey (KVKK) or the EEA (GDPR) these rights are legally yours; we apply them to everyone regardless of where you live. Write to desteksancaktutan@gmail.com.
Children
Calorie Fit is for adults. The app does not accept an age under 18 and is not directed at children.
Not a medical service
Calorie Fit is not a medical device. Calorie and macro targets are general-information estimates produced by a published formula, not medical advice. Talk to a healthcare professional about decisions concerning your diet.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes and the app will point you here again.

Who this policy covers
This policy covers Calorie Fit for iPhone, provided by Aurelion Labs. For privacy questions and requests, contact desteksancaktutan@gmail.com. The Android policy is in the separate Android section on this page.
Account, diary and preferences
When you sign in with Apple, we receive an account identifier and the name and email address Apple makes available. If you choose Hide My Email, that address may be an Apple relay address. Online features may also use an anonymous account identifier before you sign in with Apple.
Your age, sex, height, weight, activity level, goals, meal entries, calories, macros, water intake and weigh-ins support your nutrition plan and history. Food preferences, including allergies and intolerances you choose to provide, help filter coach suggestions. These can be sensitive health data.
The app stores preferences and cached records on your device. Connected account records are stored through Supabase, which provides authentication, database hosting and server functions. Support emails contain the information you choose to send us.
Photos and the AI coach
When you request a photo analysis, your selected image, app language and any food hint are sent through our server to Anthropic for an estimate. The camera and photo picker are used for images you choose to scan.
When you request coaching, our server uses your question, nutrition budget, recent meals and food preferences to prepare suggestions. Anthropic receives the question, remaining calorie and protein budget, goal, diet and suggested dishes. Where available, the request also includes body weight, protein target, active energy and exercise minutes. Do not include identifying or sensitive details in a question unless you want them processed. Account names and email addresses are not deliberately added to AI prompts.
AI requests involve an external service. Its processing and retention rules also apply; see Anthropic’s API data-retention policy. We do not sell your personal data or use health data for advertising.
Apple Health permissions
With your permission, Calorie Fit can read steps, active energy, exercise minutes, weight and body-fat percentage from Apple Health. It can write logged dietary energy, protein, carbohydrates, fat, water and weight back to Apple Health. Read and write access are separate permissions.
These features support activity summaries, calorie budgets and weight tracking. Imported weight can become part of your account’s weigh-in history. Activity totals can be included in a coach request when you use that feature. Health data is not used for advertising or tracking.
You can change permissions in Apple Health at any time. Disconnecting Calorie Fit or deleting its account does not automatically erase records already held in Apple Health; manage those records in the Health app.
Payments, barcode lookups and service operation
Apple handles App Store payments. RevenueCat processes the app’s account identifier, purchase information and subscription status to determine access. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
Barcode lookups use Open Food Facts and, where available, USDA FoodData Central. A lookup sends the barcode; a direct device request also exposes ordinary connection information, such as an IP address, to the recipient. Hosting and API services may process connection and operational logs to deliver and protect the service.
Service providers may process data outside your country. Camera, Health and notification permissions can be managed in your device settings. The iPhone app does not request location access or use an advertising identifier.
Retention, deletion and your choices
Account records are retained while the account exists. A successful account deletion removes the live sign-in account and its linked database records. Device copies are cleared by the app’s deletion flow. This does not automatically delete Apple Health records, App Store transactions, RevenueCat records or service-provider logs and backups; their own retention processes apply.
See iPhone account deletion for the steps and exceptions. You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete personal data by writing to desteksancaktutan@gmail.com. We may need to verify that a request concerns your account.
Age and policy changes
Calorie Fit is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is not a medical service. Changes to this policy will be reflected in the date above.
