Delete your data

There is no account to delete
FitMax never creates one. There is no sign-in, no email address and no user record on a server. Everything the app knows about you is on your phone, and you remove it yourself.
On your phone
- Settings → Delete my data — removes every analysis with its photos, your profile, your programmes and your workout log in one step, after a confirmation.
- Uninstall the app — everything it stored goes with it. Photos are excluded from iCloud backup, so no copy survives elsewhere.
On our servers
Nothing is filed under you, because nothing identifies you. Photos and profile data are not retained once an analysis is answered. Service logs carry no photo, no profile and no user identifier.
Held by others
- RevenueCat holds an anonymous purchase identifier, created on first launch so the store can recognise your subscription. Email desteksancaktutan@gmail.com with the Support ID from Settings and we will have it removed.
- Apple and Google keep purchase records under their own accounting and tax obligations; we cannot remove those.
Deletion on the phone is permanent. There is no cloud copy to restore from, because there was never a cloud copy. And deleting your data does not cancel your subscription — if you only want to stop paying, cancel it in the store instead.
