There is no account to delete
Yuppa never creates one. There is no sign-in, no email address and no user record on a server. Everything the app knows about you is on your phone, and you remove it yourself.
On your phone
- Scan history — swipe a row to delete it. The photo and the report go with it.
- Favourites — swipe to remove a product.
- Preferences — clear the allergens, diet, goals and skin type you selected.
- Uninstall the app — everything it stored goes with it.
On our servers
Nothing is filed under you, because nothing identifies you. The photo is not retained once the reply is sent. Appraisal results are cached without any identifier and expire within 30 days. Service logs carry no photo, no product name and no user identifier.
Held by others
- RevenueCat holds an anonymous purchase identifier, created on first launch so the store can recognise your subscription. Email desteksancaktutan@gmail.com with the Support ID from your profile and we will have it removed.
- Google and Apple keep purchase records under their own accounting and tax obligations; we cannot remove those.
Deletion on the phone is permanent. There is no cloud copy to restore from, because there was never a cloud copy. And deleting your data does not cancel your subscription — if you only want to stop paying, cancel it in the store instead.
