What the app does
FitMax analyses front, side and back photographs of your body. It scores the physique out of 100 on several axes, estimates body-fat percentage, scores six muscle groups, writes a training programme from the result, and keeps a log of your workouts and of every report so that analyses can be compared over time.
Estimates, not measurements
Every number the app produces is an estimate. It rests on what the camera could see — pose, light, clothing and distance all move it — and on a fixed scoring method applied the same way to every photo. A fixed method applied to a photograph still produces an estimate, and two analyses of the same body under different conditions can differ. The body-fat figure in particular is not a measurement.
FitMax is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and nothing in a report or a programme is medical advice. If you have a medical condition, an injury, an eating disorder or are pregnant, talk to a doctor before following a programme or changing your diet because of a score.
Who may use it
You must be 18 or older, and every photo you submit must be of yourself. Do not submit photographs of anyone else. You are responsible for the profile you enter: a wrong height or weight makes every estimate built on it wrong.
Your photos
Your photos remain yours. You grant us only what is needed to run the analysis you asked for: sending the photo to the AI provider and returning the result. We do not keep them, publish them or train anything on them.
FitMax Premium
Running an analysis or generating a programme requires FitMax Premium. Premium is sold weekly or monthly. The price and the period are shown by the App Store or Google Play, in your own currency, at the moment you subscribe, and those are the terms that apply. There is no free trial at the time of writing; if a trial is offered later, the app says so before you buy. The subscription renews automatically at the price shown until you cancel.
Cancel at any time: on iPhone in Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period. Refunds are decided by Apple or Google under their own policies — we cannot issue them.
Fair use
Premium is for your own, personal use. Every analysis is an AI call that costs real money, so automated, scripted or shared use, or use that runs up a volume no single person would, may be limited or stopped.
What you may not do
- Resell, redistribute or reverse-engineer the app
- Submit photographs of other people, or of anyone under 18
- Use it to build a competing dataset or service
- Automate it, scrape it at scale, or work around its limits
- Use it in any way that breaks the law or a third party's rights
Availability
The app depends on services outside our control — the App Store, Google Play, the hosting provider and the AI provider. It may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons we do not control, and features may change or be removed as the app develops.
Liability
The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Aurelion Labs (Mehmet Sancaktutan) is not liable for damages arising from your use of the app, from a programme it generated, or from decisions you make on the strength of a score. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your consumer rights are unaffected.
Ending it
You can stop using the app and delete what it holds at any time. We may suspend access that abuses the service.
