Support

Write to desteksancaktutan@gmail.com — a person reads it. On iPhone, add the Support ID from Profile → About; tapping the row copies it, and it is the only way to find your purchase when there is no account.

The product was not recognised, or the result looks wrong

Photograph the ingredient list rather than the front of the pack: that is what grounds the analysis in the real label. Good light, the whole panel in frame, no glare. Results are estimates — the label on the product is always the last word.

Why does scanning ask me to subscribe?

Every scan is an AI call that costs real money, so scanning is part of Yuppa PRO. The yearly plan may include a free trial, and the app shows the price and period before you buy anything.

I subscribed, but scanning still asks me to pay

Use Restore purchases in Profile. Store confirmation can take a moment to reach the app. If it persists, email us — from iPhone include your Support ID, and on Android tell us the email address you subscribed with.

"You have used up this period's allowance"

Each plan includes a fair-use number of appraisals per period. The allowance resets when the period does, and the app shows the date.

Cancel a subscription, or get a refund

Both are handled by the store, not by us: on Android, Play Store → Payments & subscriptions; on iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal and does not refund the current period. Deleting your data does not cancel the subscription.

The report is in the wrong language

A saved report keeps the language it was written in — it is a record of what was said at the time. Change the app language and scan the product again to get a report in the new one.

An allergen warning was missing

The warning covers the allergens you selected in Preferences, and only what the label declares. Ingredient lists change and labels are not always complete. If you have an allergy, check the packaging yourself every time.

Delete my data

Delete your data — on the phone, or by email for the anonymous purchase identifier.
